We welcome children 6 weeks to 7 years old and offer a bilingual English and Spanish curriculum, healthy meals every day, and extended hours from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM so working families don’t have to choose between their career and their kids.

We combine the Creative Curriculum and the Brightwheel Curriculum to create a balanced learning experience that focuses on learning through play, early literacy, problem-solving, and social-emotional development.

Our daily routine includes structured learning, free play, music, art, storytime, outdoor exploration, and enrichment activities such as piano and movement classes.

We provide breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack every day — all nutritious and carefully planned to support your child’s healthy growth and energy throughout the day.

Our team of qualified, loving, and bilingual teachers is committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.

With extended hours from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, we proudly support working families by offering both full-time and part-time schedules.

Infant Care

Age 6 weeks - 12 months

Your newborn gets gentle, one-on-one care in a cozy setting designed to support their earliest emotional and sensory milestones.

Toddler Care

Age 1 - 3 years

Curious toddlers thrive here. Through play, songs, and daily routines in English and Spanish, they start building independence and early language skills.

Preschool

Age 3 - 5 years

A structured, playful curriculum that blends early literacy, bilingual learning, and creative exploration. Your child will be excited for kindergarten, not scared of it.

Spend the Summer With Us!

Our Summer Program runs June 15 through August 31 for kids ages 5 to 10. Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Your child gets a full summer of bilingual learning, outdoor play, arts, games, and new friendships. Spots are limited.

We’re Yeinis and Gellelyn, the owners of First Steps. We started this school because we know firsthand how stressful it is to leave your child with someone else, and how much it matters to get that choice right.

We created First Steps to be the place we wished existed when our own kids were small. A warm, bilingual environment where children feel safe, loved, and genuinely excited to learn every single day.
